Francisco Delgado is a physicist, graduated from Metropolitan Autonomous University in Mexico city in 1988. He obtained his master and doctoral degree in physics from Research and Advanced Studies Center in 1992 and 1999 respectively.

Currently he is an associate professor teaching Mathematics and Physics at undergraduate and gradute students in Monterrey Tech, State of Mexico campus in Mexico city, where was chairman of Mathematics department and dean of Engineering and Architecture School the last ten years. He is involved on different topics since Control in Quantum Mechanics, Applications of Numerical Analysis in Science and Engineering, Teaching of science (Mathematics and Physics) and Study of aesthetic from Mathematical point of view. He was awarded with the national prize for Innovation in Education in 1997. On the last years he works on the teaching of mathematics to architects and designers.

In addition to teaching, he always has maintained research and editorial activity on Quantum Mechanics and Education, specifically in Quantum control and Integrated curricula models of teaching respectively.
